Alright, so not really a theory, just something i would like people to give ideas on. So here goes.
Walt. Through all the the answers and clues that have been revealed this season, nothing has been given regarding Walt. He obviously has a role to play in everything. Remember when the others were really interested in him? They asked weird questions to Micheal like; Do strange things happen around Walt? or Have you ever seen him in places that would be impossible to see him? We know that the answer to this is yes, but how do the others know to ask these questions?
Maybe Walt and Aaron are supposed to become the new MIB and Jacob? Who knows, but I am really hoping to get some clarification on the mystery surrounding Walt. Mostly because its one of the mysteries that has not been referenced very often.
