When the LOST-ies are back in 1977, Sawyer and Juliet are shacking up. Amy asks Juliet when she and "Jim" are going to have one of these (babies) when Juliet helps her with baby Ethan. Juliet stammers and doesn't really give a firm committment but you'd think with her history as a fertility doc she would be on top of conception, as it were, preventing it OR facilitating it. Later when she, Sawyer, and Kate go back to the island from the sub to stop Jack from blowing off the nuke, Bernard regards her a bit cautiously and asks if she wants some tea. She has her hand over her abdomen kind of absently when he asks her this. And a gun in her jeans sticking out of the waistband.
Kate goes to Jack's place and completely jumps his bones the night before the Ajira flight leaves. The opportunity for conception is there. Why was she screwing him right then and there when she was very upset with him and all the surrounding circumstances?
This of course would mean that Juliet somehow survived the nuclear blast and was then well enough to gestate and give birth, and that the time travel would fling everyone back to the beginning of time, but it's not that far-fetched, considering all that's happened until now. Father/son pairs are crucial parts of the show. I'm thinking Jacob and the man in black are not going to be 2 randoms. . .

You know I watched V the other night and saw Elizabeth Mitchell hold her tummy in that too, I really think it is just a mannerism she has she also kinda walks funny too.
I like this theory but I really don't see Juliet surviving that blast of white light. Kate could be pregnant this season with Jack's baby, and their child could end up being someone important forsure.
Ricky, Elizabeth Mitchell definitely walks funny haha. It suits her though, I really don't expect her to walk like a model or anything. Everything about her makes me like her, even her funny walk.
hahaha, after I read Ricky's comment and before I read RB I was thinking "I'm gotta tell him I agree- she DOES walk funny!"
I think it's very possible (and also quite likely) that Kate could turn up preggers, and since she would have mostly likely concieved off island it should be fine...
I can't remember that scene with Bernard very well, but I'm thinking you're talking about when they found him and Rose and had thought they were dead- had no previous contact- so Bernard offering tea wouldn't be because he has some secret knowledge of Juliet being knocked up...I think he just offered the tea to be nice. I think she is mostly likely dead since she is now the star of "V"... i do hope we see her again though in flashforwards/backwards...
Oh Yeah, I'm Sure we'll get to see ole Juliet is some Zombie form or another this season.
Sorta off and sorta on topic, did anyone else think that the pilot to "V" was a hundred time better than that of FlashForward? also did anyone else notice the similarities to Lost in the opening sequence, I/E first shot was Erica's (Elisabeth's) Eye opening, then soon after what seemed like a catastrophe happening, anyway, I noticed some parallels, that I think a lot of shows in the future will steal from Lost, and I say great, because as far as I'm concerned Lost is the professor to take notes from.
What do y'all think?
MiB comes from Jack & Kate (Black Hair)
Jacob comes from Sawyer & Juliet (Blondes)
TV people always have to consider hair color... not kidding.
Don't really like the theory, but it could fit.
@Ricky
I totally agree with you about the premiere of V. Regarding parallels to lost, both my husband and I commented to each other about them. That series has potential.
I don't agree with the theory, but I definitely believe Juliet could've been pregnant. It would put the scene in her flashback into some context. If she believed her and Sawyer weren't meant to be and would eventually get divorced, maybe she didn't want to put a child through that. Especially remembering how it affected her, via her flashback.
